The Major Trends Caused by COVID-19 and how to Respond

It’s undeniable that as the events of the last few weeks have unfolded, every single one of our lives have been turned upside down. As travel comes to a virtual halt, schools close, and governments react, most of us find ourselves stuck in our homes to avoid and halt the spread of the novel coronavirus.  With this in mind, it’s now more important than ever to develop a digital presence for your business. In this post, I look at the major trends caused by Covid-19 and how to respond.

  1. Go online

If you don’t already have a website for your financial advisor business, now is the time to get one. It doesnt need to be complex, a simple website will do. Once that it set up, develop your social presence. Update your clients and prospects on how the pandemic is impacting upon the way you are operating your business in order to manage their expectations. Use your social presence to advise of how you can help them during this time of crisis.

2. Make sure your content is taking about Covid-19

As it’s all anyone is talking about, Covid-19 is dominating online searches. Be sure that your financial advisor website talks about how you can help clients to deal with the pandemic.

If you need help going digital, whether that’s help with setting up video calling software, email automation or even slack – just ask. Myself and my team will gladly help.
